Return & Refund Policy

At A&C Pure Water Treatment Pty Ltd, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We have a return policy in place to address different scenarios. Please review our return & refund policy below:

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only considered if the product packaging is intact and the product is resalable.
  • Customers must request a refund in writing (via email) within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The email must include the order information and clear pictures showing the product packaging in its original, undamaged condition.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive the returned product and confirm that the packaging is intact and the product is in resalable condition, we will process the refund.

Refund Process

After verifying the returned product, we will refund the product amount within 7 business days.
Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to ancpurewater@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
Include your order information and pictures of the unopened, intact product packaging.
