The ultra-pure water polishing resin is a ready-to-use mixed bed resin, composed of gel-type strong acid cation exchange resin and strong base anion exchange resin. This product undergoes advanced transformation and specialized purification, and is blended according to chemical equivalence. Through the continuous and synchronized exchange of cations and anions, it easily produces ultra-pure water. Primarily used for manufacturing ultra-pure water in fields such as optoelectronic components, semiconductors, and integrated circuits, this resin delivers excellent application results.
